Tamzin Drew. I live and work from the port of Newyln, where the sea the sea levels are measured and where artists have been drawn to since the early 19C. My drawing and painting has always been a companion. I draw myself into existence by exploring what is felt or still in reverberation. I draw to surrender and see a truth or a shift and movement. I love the inhabiting a line, the intuitive trail that it leaves. I love how my line demands my surrender and acceptance.
