Andrew Swan For the past five years my art practice has been the observation of how we value others through class, wealth and privilege. A large influence has been based on my experiences volunteering for the Streetfood Penzance Project, a charity whose remit is to provide a hot meal to the homeless and vulnerable at six every evening, seven days a week. In January 2021 I made the decision to change the focus of my work from poverty to the extreme wealth of individuals in the UK, globally and the effect this wealth is having on our local communities and the environment. 43 Plate Etched/inked aluminium printing plates mounted on a varnished, 12mm birch plywood base. Size of plate: 78cm x 75cm. £2000
